In addition to arranging free health exam activities regularly, the Company has also contracted on-site medical care services with qualified medical institutions since 2020. Referring to the health exam data of employees, on-site nurses will conduct follow-up, health guidance and health promotion activities through on-site interviews and telephone consultations. In addition, they also organize health education and advocacy activities according to the health status and needs of employees from time to time. Professional physicians will be arranged to provide medical consultations on site, confirm the health status of employees, and ensure that they receive appropriate care. The provision of visually impaired massagists can not only provide employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups, but also help employees release work pressure.

Work environment, and implementation measures

Lighting in the office	High-efficiency LED panel light has been installed in the office. In addition to saving energy, it also has the advantages of high illumination, uniform light. What’s more, it can reduce the discomfort of employees due to staring at the screen and documents for long periods of time.
Water safety	The Company has installed RO (Reverse Osmosis) water dispensers, and maintain them regularly. Designated personnel will inspect and clean the water dispensers, and replace the filter every 3 months, so as to provide employees with clean and drinkable fresh water. The manufacturer is required to clean the water tower of the building on a regular basis to ensure the water safety for employees.
Indoor air quality maintenance	The Company uses air conditioning units and energy recovery ventilator for indoor air exchange to maintain indoor air quality, and conducts regular maintenance and daily indoor cleaning. Moreover, the inspection company is employed to conduct CO2 measurement for the working environment once every six months to maintain a good office environment.
Office environment and equipment	The office’s tea room is equipped with microwave oven, steamer cabinet, refrigerator, water dispenser, dish dryer and other equipment, and there is also tea and coffee available for employees. Daily cleaning of toilets, tea rooms and disposal of rubbish were conducted by cleaning staff. Disinfection operations in the office environment and public areas were conducted by disinfection companies regularly to reduce the breeding of mosquitoes and mice. 75% alcohol was provided in the toilet for employees to use for toilet disinfection, so as to provide a good office environment for employees. Breastfeeding/Pumping rooms were established to provide comfortable, safe and relaxing breastfeeding/pumping space for mothers with lactation needs. In the head office, massage services at the Vitality Station are available twice a week.
